Register for pickleball online from the comfort of your home, cottage or while you're away on vacation.
After registering, please allow 48 hours for staff to confirm your online registration and payment. Instructions on how to send an e-transfer payment will be provided after you submit your online registration form. If you've registered online and did not pay by etransfer, you will need to come into the North Dumfries Community Complex (NDCC) to pay by cheque, cash or debit before the deadline indicated after you submit your registration form. The Leisure & Community Services Office at the NDCC is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Registration for pickleball in-person is available at the North Dumfries Community Complex, 2958 Greenfield Road, Ayr on each session's respective registration dates. In-person registration involves a staff member using the online registration form on the player's behalf. It is advised you come prepared with your name, address, phone number, email address and emergency contact information written out on a piece of paper for staff to input. There is no advantage given to anyone coming into the facility to register.
Players can initially register for one program session. If you’re interested in playing in additional program sessions (e.g., a daytime AND an evening session or two daytime sessions), you may add your name to a wait list by emailing recreation@northdumfries.ca. After the registration date, if space remains available, we’ll offer spots to those on the wait list.
Once all spots are filled, registration will be closed. Please note that pickleball is a popular activity and registration is typically full the same day it opens. It is recommended you register online promptly at 3:00 p.m. If you have any issues with registration, please let us know by email recreation@northdumfries.ca or call us during office hours at 519-632-8800.
